Sweet Romance Terms and Conditions
Sweetromancetours.ky will not be held accountable for any incorrect omissions stated by the purchaser. We are not responsible for wrong e-mail addresses, times, dates and contact details among other wrong or inaccurate detail supplied to us by the purchaser. Tours are held in reserve as it is on the times and date demanded by sweetromance.ky’s users. Confirmations or replies are always received by the purchaser unless the e-mail address typed in our reservation form is incorrect. If this happens, purchaser must go back to sweetromancetours.ky and enter the necessary information again. Please make sure that all information is accurate and correct to avoid any delays in transaction.
Reservation
A credit card deposit of 10% is required on all private charters and group tours numbering six and above.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure that a confirmation e-mail is received following the payment forwarded to the company. Sweetromancetours.ky is not accountable for reservation e-mails that are not received by the purchaser unless we were advised before the date of the trip. If the purchaser’s reservation is not received within two days, please contact us at 345-949-3143 or e-mail us again at the e-mail address indicated in this website to advise us of the tour that we have not received.
Sweetromancetours.ky will not be held responsible for the client’s late arrival to the tour, loss of personal items, death and injuries.
Once excursion is confirm by the guests, a 10% deposit will automatically be processed for your tour on your requested time and date. You will receive an e-mail from sweetromancetours.ky as confirmation for your chosen tour within two business days. The e-mail will contain information about your reserved excursion, e.g., detailed directions for pickup, money due to operator during the tour, payment placed for the trip on the credit card and other information related to the reservation. Purchaser must print out the e-mail confirmation sent by sweetromancetours.ky to be presented to the operator at the time of check-in and before boarding the vehicle.
Payment
Cancellations are allowed 4-days before the reserved date; however, deposits for cancelled reservations are non-refundable for the exception of bad/inclement weather, or the excursion has been updated for the correct date, or the Cruise ship has changed date of arrival or cancelled the Grand Cayman Port due to unforeseeable reason. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to submit cancellation 4 days before the excursion date; by replying to the confirmation e-mail sent by sweetromancetours.ky. Full payment for the excursions is automatically charged to the credit card of the purchaser within 2-hours of the due date and time of the tour once cancellation was not submitted within the 4 days grace period prior to the reserved date.
Refund
Sweetromancetours.ky does not accept tentative reservations. Deposits from changed or cancelled trips, but not limited to changes in pricing, type of tour or number of reserved passengers, may not be used towards tour balances. Credited payments are non-transferrable.
Sweetromancetours.ky refunds in full given that it was the operator who cancelled the purchaser’s tour/excursions because your ship failed to Call Port or because of bad weather. The purchaser must reply to the cancellation notice sweetromancetours.ky has sent for the reservation. If the purchaser fails to reply to the cancellation e-mail of sweetromancetours.ky, the company will not issue a refund. Also, the company will not process the refund if the credit card used is invalid or expired at the time of refund.
No credits or refunds of any kind will be issued by sweetromancetours.ky once the excursion has begun.
Balances
The balance payable for an excursion can be seen on the confirmation form issued by sweetromancetours.ky. Purchaser must pay the balance to the guide at check-in and prior to the tour departure. If the purchaser is travelling with a group, balance can be paid separately. Aside from cancellations made due to Bad / inclement weather conditions or ships not calling Port, sweetromancetours.ky will not issue a refund to anyone.
After reserving an excursion, the balance will be clearly stated on the confirmation e-mail sent to the purchaser from sweetromancetours.ky. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to print out the e-mail to be shown at the time of the excursion. The e-mail-confirmation sent by Sweetromancetours.ky will serve as the ticket of the purchaser for the tour. The purchaser is also responsible for the balance to be paid. Sweetromancetours.ky will not be held liable for any underpayment or overpayment.
