When making your reservations:
Please keep in mind that we do require a credit card deposit of 10% to confirm and hold all private charter tours; and all group tours with numbers of six and up.
Deposits are none refundable except in the following cases.

(1) Inclement weather conditions:
(2) Your ship did not stop in Grand Cayman due to unforeseeable reason.
(3) written/verbal cancellation notice made within 4-days prior to the date of the reservation.

Final payments for the excursions are due on the date of the tour and prior to the tour departure time.
Final payments are preferable in the form of Cash or Travelers check.

Sweet romance tours reserved the right to return the deposit or to cancel the tour.
